Too Much is Just Right
In 1997, he joined Career Design Center Inc. and became a career recruitment advertising sales representative, sales manager and sales director; marketing manager, and business manager of the recruitment division.
In 2006, he joined Nikkei HR Inc. After starting up the recruiting business, being in charge of the job search website, and being in charge of the system, he launched a new business for recruiting international students from Asia in 2012.
His work with the top 50 universities in 9 Asian countries was featured on TV’s “Gaia no Yoake” (Dawn of Gaia), and he founded ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd. in February 2017.
In 1999, he joined Career Design Center Inc. After working as a career recruiting advertising sales representative, sales manager and sales director, and editor-in-chief of “Type” magazine, he became the person in charge of launching the new graduate recruitment business in Japan.
In 2007, he launched the magazines “Job Hunting Type” and “Job Hunting Type Premium Event” to establish high-end employment services in the job market.
Joined Nikkei HR Inc. in 2013, and was involved in the launch of the international student recruitment business in Asia together with Sampei.
Founded ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd. in February 2017. He has assisted over 200 companies in recruiting international students.
