青地翔子Aoji

Shoko Aoji

She lived in Taiwan and South Africa and experienced studying at a university in Canada. After graduating, working in overseas corporate sales at a major chemical manufacturer, she later transitioned to a company that supports high school students’ short-term study abroad programs and assists them transition to overseas universities.

At ASIA to JAPAN, she handles a wide range of companies, from major corporations to startups, and is responsible for career support and recruitment assistance for Japanese students studying abroad, leveraging her own experiences.

Daisuke Akabane

With a 20-year career experience in the HR industry, he has launched domestic mid-career recruitment and new graduate recruitment businesses at an HR service company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime. After that, he was involved in launching the Asian student recruitment business at Nikkei HR (a group company of Nikkei Inc.), and in 2017, he founded ASIA to JAPAN.

He has been involved in global recruitment and has a track record of supporting over 150 companies in their recruitment efforts over a span of 10 years.

Tomomi Haniu

After graduating from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies with a major in Spanish, she has been engaged in talent recruitment in STEM fields. She has supported over 100 companies ranging from startups to large corporations.

Excellent in supporting organizations with recruitment planning and launching Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) initiatives, she also has living experience in the United States and Spain, which allows her to understand the needs of foreign talent while proposing solutions to organizational challenges for companies.
