Actual fees will be based on the contract agreed upon with the employer.
5. Refund Policy (Article 24-5, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Regulations):
(Applicable only if agreed upon with the employer under the terms of the contract)
If the employee resigns within 1 month of joining: 50% of the placement fee will be refunded
If the employee resigns within 3 months of joining: 30% of the placement fee will be refunded
If the employee resigns within 6 months of joining: 10% of the placement fee will be refunded
If the employee resigns after 6 months, no refund will be provided

6. Handling of Personal Information (Article 24-5, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Regulations):
We have established internal rules and safety measures for handling personal and specific personal information, including:
(1)Basic Policy:
Our privacy policy is shared internally and publicly available on our website.
(2)Rules for Handling Personal Data: Procedures are defined for each stage (collection, use, storage, provision, deletion), and responsibilities are clearly assigned.
(3) Organizational Security Measures: Regular internal checks and audits are conducted. Access to personal data is restricted.
(4) Human Security Measures: Employees receive regular training and sign confidentiality agreements.
(5) Physical Security Measures: Access to areas handling personal data is restricted and monitored. Data is stored in locked cabinets or secure servers.
(6) Technical Security Measures: Firewalls and antivirus software are used. Data transfers are encrypted and tracked.
(7) Understanding External Environments: We ensure safe handling of personal data by our group companies in Singapore and India, in compliance with local data protection laws. You may request information about the legal systems of these countries and the safeguards in place. For more details, please refer to the Personal Information Protection Commission’s website on foreign data protection systems. 7.
